Seabag and Equipment List
Welcome to NSWOC!
The below list of equipment is required for all NSWOC training tracks.
Please ensure that you purchase the necessary equipment for your track.
Do NOT Stencil your T-Shirts prior to the training event. Stenciling will be completed on day 1.

All Attendees participating in NSWOC training must have the seabag items listed below.

A full seabag inspection will commence during the Check-In process at NSWOC.
Note to Cadets and Parents:
NSWOC Training is not a typical NSCC Training and has unique equipment needs to safely complete the training evolutions. The seabag list has specific items that will provide the needed gear for your Cadet to have the best advantage to complete this training. The Cadets are “rough” on most of these items and some items will not last beyond this training.
